New Zealand Culture and Arts Foundation is a NZ registered charitable trust founded in 2017. The mission of the Foundation is to promote, develop and inherit New Zealand and overseas cultures, especially Chinese culture. Also, to promote the cultural and artistic exchanges between New Zealand and other countries, especially China. Furthermore, to provide educational programmes of Asian (Chinese in particular) culture, arts and heritage to New Zealand local youth; At the end, to organize cultural, arts and sports festivals for the New Zealand community as well as cultural & artistic exchange activities with overseas troupe of arts.
From a year’s time since New Zealand Culture and Arts Foundation has been founded, there are over 20 large arts, culture or sport events were hosted or co-organised by the foundation, which the accumulative total number of the audiences and players is over 10,000. i.e. multi-culture festivals, sports and culture festivals, Huaxing gala nights, children’s culture and arts festivals.
